XBox Series S HDMI Port Repair

This listing is for repairing a damaged HDMI port in a Series S console. Before purchasing this service, please be certain that all items below apply to your console:

• The console powers on.

• There is no video output.

• No one else has already attempted to repair the console.

Purchasing this listing for a console that does not meet the criteria above may result in your console being sent back with no services performed, and any incurred shipping fees subtracted from your refund.

You are expected to ship the entire console so that we can perform adequate testing after the repair is completed. You are responsible for any shipping costs that you incur when shipping us the console; return shipping is covered with this purchase. We will use whichever courier deemed to be most convenient when shipping back your console.

If the console meets the qualifying criteria, but other issues are found after receiving it, then the buyer will be informed of this and provided with a quote to fix any additional issues if possible. If such issues are found before the HDMI port has been replaced, then the buyer will have the option of getting the console shipped back and having a refund issued, minus any return shipping charges. If such issues are found after the HDMI port has been replaced, then a new quote will be provided to fix any additional issues before shipping the console back. A refund will not be issued for the replaced HDMI port if the buyer chooses to not fix additional issues that are identified with the console.

Any items that we repair are warrantied for 90 days after you receive your console back. If you run into any problems during this period that are not caused due to neglect, e.g., your console falling over, then please contact us for further assistance.
