Terms and Conditions

If you ship your item to us for repair and/or other services, then you are agreeing to our terms and conditions outlined below:

  1. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs in addition to any repair/service costs that are incurred.
  2. The default method used to collect payments is PayPal. If you are unable to use PayPal, then please contact us to discuss other payment options.
  3. By default USPS Ground Advantage will be used as the return shipping service. If that specific service is no longer available and these terms and conditions have not yet been updated to reflect this, then the closest equivalent will be utilized.
  4. If it is determined that the item cannot be repaired/modified for whatever reason, e.g., extensive liquid damage, faulty CPU/APU, unavailability of needed parts, etc., then no service charges will be assessed. The customer will only be required to pay return shipping to have the item sent back.
  5. The customer has 30 days to pay any required fees after being informed that their item is ready to be returned. If after 30 days the required payment has not been received, then the customer’s item is considered forfeited.
