Warranty
The buyer is entitled to a three (3) month warranty starting from the date of purchase. If any issues occur that affect the functionality of the console that are not caused due to neglect, then the buyer needs to contact this seller through eBay so that shipping arrangements can be made. After receiving the original console, if the seller can verify that the issue was not caused due to neglect, then one of the resolutions below will be done in the provided order:
- The seller will repair the console and ship it back to the buyer refunding all shipping costs incurred by the buyer.
- If a repair is not deemed feasible, then the seller will replace the console with a working equivalent refunding all shipping costs incurred by the buyer.
- If neither option above is feasible, then the seller will provide the buyer with a full refund.
Upon receipt if the seller determines that the damage was caused due to neglect, or if it is determined that the console was not the one purchased by the buyer, then the seller will immediately inform the buyer of their findings and ship the console back to the buyer, issuing no refunds.
